Lisa is an AI-powered assistant that integrates with Slack and other productivity tools to help teams with communication, knowledge management, and workflow automation.

2.1 Eligibility

You must have authority to install applications in your workspace and bind your organization to these Terms.

2.2 Administrator Responsibilities

The person who installs the Service is responsible for:

• Configuring Service settings
• Managing user access and permissions
• Ensuring compliance with these Terms
• Obtaining necessary consents from users

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Transmit malware or malicious content
• Attempt to reverse engineer, exploit, or compromise the Service
• Interfere with Service operations or other users
• Process data you are not authorized to process

The Service uses artificial intelligence which may:

• Produce inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information
• Misunderstand context or intent
• Generate unexpected or inappropriate responses

You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any information before relying on it for decisions.

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

The Service may integrate with third-party applications and platforms ("Third-Party Services"):

• You authorize us to access data from Third-Party Services you connect
• Third-Party Services are governed by their own terms and policies
• We are not responsible for Third-Party Services' availability, security, or practices
• You can disconnect Third-Party Services at any time

• The Service, including its design, features, and branding, is our property
• Content you create or input remains yours
• AI-generated outputs are provided for your use in accordance with these Terms

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation
• We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice when possible
• We may modify or discontinue features with notice

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind
• We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability is limited to fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim

You agree to indemnify and hold GoSync harmless from claims arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

11.1 By You

You may stop using the Service and uninstall it at any time.

11.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your access if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in harmful or abusive behavior
• Fail to pay applicable fees

We may update these Terms. We will notify you of material changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

• These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and GoSync
• Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver
• If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect
• You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them freely
